Get Ready to Love Long Island!
Northeast Regional Pride Conference comes to Long Island!
February 26-28, 2010
Special Note to Region Six Members / NERP 2010 Delegates:
As you may or may not know, The New York Tri-State Area is bracing for yet another winter storm later this week.
Travel will be difficult for parts of Thursday and early Friday, we ask that all delegates please leave early and leave enough time for your travel plans to be safe and secure.
NERP 2010 will be held in an area that is going to be hit with mostly high winds and heavy rain, but will not be affected by significant snow fall.
Unfortunatly, at this point the host hotel has been locked in on attendance figures and payment has been made for your attendance, so in the highly unlikely event that you will not be able to make the event, no refund would be possible for your registration fees.
Again we don't forsee the weather not breaking in enough time for you to make it to Long Island for the event and we have a weekend of excellent activities planned for you - ALL being INDOORS!! :)
